A new series of artwork celebrating Canadian pride.
Each piece begins with a Canadian postage stamp. From this small square of history, stories unfold. Each illustration uses the stamp not only as a visual anchor but as a gateway into the moments, landscapes, and emotions it evokes. The imagery blossoms outward, revealing memories — real or imagined — tied to Canada's diverse identity. Some works echo childhood memories, others pay homage to history, national achievements, or everyday moments that define Canadian life. The stamps are not just postage — they are portals. I've been working on this series for almost a year, which includes more than 50 illustrations. It is now time to plan an exhibition for this body of work. Details to follow soon. |
