Exhibition will be held at Westland Gallery June 23, 2026 - July 18, 2026 Opening Reception: Saturday, June 27, from 1 to 3pm A new series of artwork celebrating Canadian pride. Each piece begins with a Canadian postage stamp. From this small square of history, stories unfold. Each illustration uses the stamp not only as a visual anchor but as a gateway into the moments, landscapes, and emotions it evokes. The imagery blossoms outward, revealing memories — real or imagined — tied to Canada's diverse identity. Some works echo childhood memories, others pay homage to history, national achievements, or everyday moments that define Canadian life. The stamps are not just postage — they are portals. |
